Small communities and rural people only realize the importance of primary education for their kids but are simply not able to furnish necessary training with their own selves. Teaching aids and the basic equipment is not available in rural communities. In India there are various stimulus programs to help increase attendance in schools.
The future of any country is its youth. The youth will have to equip themselves properly first before the country is able to make the big leap into the developed world. Normally in villages and small towns there will be a single primary school and with one teacher only for several grades.
Many small primary schools present in under developed countries conduct classes only few days a week. For many children, when winding up of the 4th class means the cease of formal educational activity. Huge members of poor families begin working in textile mills and helpers in small scale companies. For higher education the transportation to cities and living costs further deter the further studies of these children. When youth pass out from senior high school, they try moving to cities to find a job.
Though education ought develop kids and young people to address practically with the real situations which face them, classes in rural areas are difficult.
Since there are lots of problems that can hinder the growth of development in India a more imaginative and different curriculum is needed to equip students. Vocational secondary schools which will develop a skill i a child can be bought to villages. With one for every 5 villages or so. These can cater to the rising demands in the technical sectors such as X Ray welding; lathe works painting, masonry etc. Lack of relevant training material should not kill the desire of the resident in learning additional skills.
Lots of countries are improving the educational conditions in rural regions. No. of teaches trained and posted are growing. Infrastructure for education is being built.
